MISSION: To manifest the love of Jesus through empowering the Deaf to build flourishing communities around the globe.
VISION: To see thriving Deaf communities enjoy equal access to the holistic needs all humans deserve.

- Embodying love: We believe love looks like something; we seek to meet the needs of those in front of us, whether it’s through a hug, a helping hand, or a home.
- Fighting for equal access: Language and communication are vital to a persons identity. We believe that equal access to information is an important building block for any thriving community, which can look from participating in a conversation at the dinner table to understanding the doctor at your next appointment.
- Having a hunger to learn: We believe that loving others means embracing and celebrating different cultures with humility, flexibility, and grace.
- Honoring partnerships: We look to come alongside existing Deaf organizations by connecting them to resources in order to help meet their objectives. However, this is a team effort; we strive to cultivate ongoing relationships with those who share our passion of empowering the Deaf globally.
