CASA JOSUé

Transition Housing for Deaf Men

Casa Josué was birthed out of recognizing a need for students either aging out  or graduating from RSM Boarding School for the Deaf in Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico. Students transitioning out of the boarding school had difficulties adapting to the "real world" in terms of finding a job, continuing their education, or becoming independent from their families. This problem is all compounded with the lack of access, and daily discrimination the Deaf experience in Mexico. This need led Luke Everett, Ralph Lynch, Robert Ordway & Evan Palmer  to establish Ensenada Silent Ministries (now known as Casa Josué) in the year 1996 to help Deaf men become mature, responsible, productive, spirit-lead  citizens here in Mexico.

And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man.

Luke2:52

Hebrews 10:24-25

And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.
