Angels of love, inc.

Official Partnership

Angles of Love, Inc.  is a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code dedicated to serve the needs of the Deaf and their families.  Angels of Love Inc. has partnered with Word Became Flesh Global (WBFG) and has officially become a DBA of the nonprofit. Under this umbrella, we have different areas of ministry where we serve the Deaf community in Ensenada. To find out more information, check out WHAT WE DO.

OBJECTIVES

  1. To serve the needs of the Deaf and their families.
  2. To lead the Deaf to salvation in Jesus Christ by faith.
  3. To engage in such other activities and programs which may, from time to time, be deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

  • CHAIRMAN: Luke Everett. An ordained minister and second-generation missionary, LUKE EVERETT served as director of Rancho Sordo Mundo, a free home and school for Mexican Deaf children in Baja California, Mexico for over 30 years. He is also an author and international speaker at conferences and churches where he challenges people  to seek God and His will for their life by stepping out in faith.
  • TREASURER: Frances Vázquez. Growing up in Santa Fe Springs, California, FRANCES VAZQUEZ received a deep stirring to become a missionary around her 18 years of age. This calling would ultimately unfold over 10 years later when she stepped out in faith to serve for 3 years as a teacher to the Deaf at Rancho Sordo Mundo, a school for the deaf in Mexico.  Currently, in partnership with Lucas Everett, she established Word Became Flesh Global in order to reach and empower the Deaf in Mexico and beyond.
  • SECRETARY: Lucas Everett: Raised as a third-generation missionary in Mexico by Luke & Josefina Everett, LUCAS EVERETT has a Bachelor of Biblical Studies from Eternity Bible College and has been instilled at an early age to serve alongside the Deaf community. He recently graduated with another bachelors in Translation at the UABC (Spanish for the Autonomous University of Baja California), and in partnership with Frances Vázquez, he established Word Became Flesh Global in order to reach and empower the Deaf in Mexico and beyond.
  • VOTING MEMBER: Erin Thompson:  Even though ERIN THOMPSON grew up in the Pacific Northwest, she has since made California her home for the last decade. She was a missionary for three years at Rancho Sordo Mundo as a teacher for the Deaf in Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico. Her passions include the Arts and Languages, and she has had the blessing of sharing her passions with children around the globe. Her many years of experience with children has been shaped by her involvement as a youth leader, coach, missionary, camp counselor, elementary teacher, special education assistant, and mother. She is grateful to the Lord for these opportunities that has shaped her into the person she is today. As of January 2020, she now serves on the board of Angels of Love, Inc. as a member and in an advisory role for Casa Maravillas, our Deaf women's housing ministry. One of her life verses that she has leaned on as a believer and where God has shown His glory and truth to her  is Proverbs 3:5-6, "“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understandings, in all your ways acknowledge Him and He will lead your path straight.”

STATEMENT OF FAITH

  1. The MISSION will have no denominational affiliations.
  2. We accept the Bible to be the verbally inspired Word of God, inerrant in the original writings, and of sole authority in faith and life. (II Tim. 3:16; II Pet. 1:21)
  3. We believe the Bible portrays God as existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. (Matt. 28:19; II Cor. 13:14)
  4. Jesus Christ is the only begotten and eternal Son of God, conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, sinlessly perfect in His humanity. We believe in His substitutionary death on the cross, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of God the Father in heaven where He intercedes on the behalf of believers, and the personal, imminent, pre-tribulational, and pre-millennial return of Christ for His redeemed ones; and His subsequent return to Earth in power and glory, with His saints to reign for 1,000 years. (John 3:16; 1:10-13; Matt. 1:18; Luke 1:31; I John 3:5; I Pet. 2:24; ! Cor. 15:3, 4; Acts 1:9; Matt. 25;31)
  5. Our only salvation is through the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ by grace, through faith apart from works. (Eph. 2:8,9; Rom. 5:12; Rom. 3:23)
  6. Every believer is sealed by the Holy Spirit, and, by His indwelling, is empowered to live a godly life. (Eph. 1:13; Rom. 8:9-16)
  7. There will be a resurrection of the saved unto eternal life, and of the lost unto eternal and conscious judgement. (I Cor. 15; 22; 23; Rev. 20:10, 15)
  8. All believers in our Lord Jesus Christ are called into a life of separation from worldly and sinful practices and should abstain from such organizations, amusements and habits as will cause others to stumble or bring reproach upon the name of Christ. (II Cor. 6:14, 17; Rom. 14:13)
  9. That all the redeemed, once saved, are kept by God's power and thus are secure in Christ forever. (John 6:37-40); 10:27-30; Rom. 1:38, 39; 1 Cor. 1:4-8; I Pet. 1:5)
